By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:General TermsI reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason. All communication regarding commissions will take place via social platform either X, Bluesky, or Instagram. Additional fees may apply depending on complexity, revisions, or deadlines.Payment & PricingPayments are accepted via PayPal only. Full payment is required before I start working on your commission. Prices may vary depending on complexity and additional requests.Process & RevisionsOnce payment is received, I will provide updates on the commission’s progress. Clients may request for minor revisions during the sketch phase. Major revisions or changes after approval of the sketch may incur extra charges. Completion time varies but typically ranges from 5 - 12 days depending on the complexity. Once the commission is complete, the piece will be delivered via Email.Usage & CopyrightI retain all rights to my artwork, including the right to use it in my portfolio and for self-promotion. Personal Use: You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use (e.g., profile pictures, printing for yourself). Commercial Use: If you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, branding), additional licensing fees apply. You may not modify, resell, or claim my artwork as your own.
NFTs & AI Training: My work cannot be used for NFTs, AI training, or any blockchain-related purposes.Cancellations & RefundsFull refunds are only available if I have not yet started the commission. Partial refunds may be considered depending on the progress made. No refunds will be given once the commission is completed.By proceeding with a commission, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
